Returns

At labeltop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your seasonal balcony garden purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to discuss return options.

Eligible Items for Return

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• In their original condition
• Unused and undamaged
• In their original packaging, when applicable
• Returned within 14 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom-designed arrangements that have been specifically created for your space
• Perishable plants that have been planted or are no longer in sellable condition
• Consultation services that have been completed

Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us at clients@labeltop.world with your order details
2. Provide a reason for the return
3. We will review your request and provide return instructions if eligible
4. Package the items securely and ship them to our address

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective items, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
